We offer free shipping on orders over USD $25 within the continental US by USPS First Class Package.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3 to 7 business days of its ship date with our free shipping.
If you decide that you want to receive it faster, you are always welcome to choose another option when you check out your order. This amount will be added to your final order amount.
Shipping outside of USA have additional costs that will be added to the final order amount. *Duties and taxes may apply upon arrival as per local taxes regulation. FiloAuro is not responsible for these additional costs.
Orders might take up to 3 days to be processed and shipped. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you.

Please be aware that after we ship the packages it is USPS responsibility to deliver to you on time. If packages take longer than normal, we will do everything possible to track your order, but we have limited responsibility and control over the situation. We fully insure your order all the way to you, which means your shipment is risk-free in transit. For added security, we require a signature for all orders over $500 USD. If you choose to waive this, note that we are not responsible for any lost items.
In addition, we record the packaging of all orders on video to ensure that we can identify any mistakes in packaging or theft that might occur before your parcel is handed over to the carrier.
If USPS or another carries tried unsuccessfully to delivery your package and returns it to our warehouse a fee of USD $10 will be charge to re-ship the order upon your authorization.

Any lost packages are responsibility to USPS. we will do everything that we can to track your order, but we have limited responsibility and control over the situation Please feel free to call USPS and use the tracking information to obtain a refund from them.

If you did not fall in love on your purchased item, our policy last 30 days after you have received the item. Unfortunately, we can’t cannot offer you a refund of the shipping cost. It will be your responsibility to ship it back to us, and making sure the packaging will arrive in good conditions to our warehouse.
We recommend use a bubble pad envelope and if you are shipping an item over $ 40,00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase a shipping insurance. We don’t do not guarantee that we will receive your return item and it a good practice avoid any problem for a smooth return and refund process.
To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag intact and still attached, and sent back in its original packaging. If tag is not intact and attached to item(s) upon return, the item(s) will be sent back to the original shipping address.

Returns are accepted for most of our products with the exception of except for the following:
Pieces that we cannot accept returns for are marked as final sale on their product page to ensure complete transparency. Please read this carefully before making your purchase. Please also note that if an item has been worn or its security tag removed, it is no longer eligible for return.
Once your return has been processed, your refund will be posted to your original payment method as soon as possible and you will receive an email notification. Please allow up to one to two weeks for your refund to appear in your credit card transaction, PayPal account, or gift card. This period of time period is what those companies require to process your refund and FiloAuro has not control over that process after we initiate the refund.
