Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost:

We offer free shipping on orders over USD $25 in US only (Except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Once your order is shipped, we estimate it will be delivered to you within 3 to 7 business days.

If you want a faster delivery, please select among other delivery options offered at check out.

Shipping outside of US has additional costs that will be added at order check out. Duties and taxes may apply upon arrival as per local taxes regulation. FiloAuro is not responsible for these additional costs.

Tracking Number:

Please click here to track your package. Please allow us at least 2 days after your order is shipped to update the tracking information.

Delays :

Please be aware that after we ship the packages, it’s USPS responsibility to deliver to you on time. If packages take longer than normal, we will do everything possible to track your order, but we have limited responsibility and control over this situation. Please feel free to reach out to USPS (https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm) using the tracking number provided, to obtain updated delivery information.

Insurance :

We fully insure your order all the way to you, which means your shipment is risk-free in transit. For added security, we require a signature for all orders over $500 USD. If you choose to waive this, note that we are not responsible for any lost items.

In addition, we record the packaging of all orders on video to ensure that we can identify any mistakes in packaging or theft that might occur before your parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Refuse Packages:

If USPS or another carries tried unsuccessfully to delivery your package and returns it to our warehouse a fee of USD $10 will be charge to re-ship the order upon your authorization.

Lost Packages:

Please be aware that after we ship the packages it is USPS responsibility to deliver the order to your address. Any lost packages are responsibility to USPS. we will do everything that we can to track your order, but we have limited responsibility and control over the situation Please feel free to call USPS and use the tracking information to obtain a refund from them.

FiloAuro is not responsible to lost packages.
